Description

Woolston House and Post Office is a small house that includes shop premises, dating from the early 19th century. It is built of plastered stone rubble and has a scantle slate hipped roof. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with sash windows that have glazing bars. The left-hand side has a panelled door topped by a rectangular fanlight with glazing bars, and there is a later 19th-century porch supported by thin columns. A rendered ridge chimney stack is located off centre. Inside, there is a modest contemporary staircase.
