Rendered and painted stone-how-pitched gable-ended roof covered in large slabs of slate. Plan: Small building of rectangular single cell plan with a wide doorway on the east end. The formerly slate-covered catchment area on the ground above to the west supplied the well's water. Exterior: Single storey. The corners, doorway and window openings are chamfered. The wide doorway on the east end has plank double doors. The north side has a small C19 16-pane sash with a hood mould above and large sill. The west end is blind. Interior: Not inspected.
