Description

This chest tomb, located about 30 metres south of the tower of the Church of St Michael, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of dressed slate and features a moulded limestone lid. On the south side of the chest, there are limestone plaques inscribed in memory of Richard Ellis, who died in 1833.
