Description
The front garden wall, gate piers, and mounting block located immediately southeast of Creber Farmhouse date from the early 19th century. The wall is constructed of dry stone slate rubble and features pitched slate coping. It encloses a small garden in front of Creber Farmhouse and has a rounded corner on the front left that returns to the left-hand front corner of the house. The wall slopes down to a mounting block on the right. Adjacent to the mounting block are two slate rubble gate piers with slate caps, with the right pier designed to accommodate a gate. The wall to the right of the gateway is similar in construction but slightly lower and connects to an outbuilding at the right end.
