DIPTFORD SX75NEW Front garden Wall, Gate 4/212 Piers and mounting block immediately SE of Creber Farmhouse

GV II

Front garden area wall with gate-piers and adjoining mounting block. Circa early C19. Dry stone slate rubble wall with pitched slate coping. Enclosing a small garden in front of Creber Farmhouse qv, with a rounded corner to front left returning to the left hand front corner of the house. The wall at the front drops down to a mounting block to the right, to the right there are 2 slate rubble gate-piers with slate caps, the right pier rebated for a gate. The wall to the right of the gateway is similar but slightly lower and abuts an outbuilding at the right end.
