Description

These wooden railings, gates, and gate piers are located approximately 20 meters east of Mothecombe House. They date from the late 19th century and feature white painted wooden railings set on a brick dwarf wall. The design includes diagonally set shafts with a moulded rail, square section stanchions topped with finials, and plain wooden gates at the center. The wooden gate piers also have finials. This structure is included for its group value with the nearby Mothecombe House.
