Description
The kitchen garden walls, located immediately west and south west of Riversbridge Farmhouse, date from the late 18th century to the 19th century. They are constructed from local stone rubble and feature slate-on-edge capping. The walls create three rectangular enclosures. The westernmost enclosure is terraced on the hillside, while the other two gardens are level. One of these gardens is directly south west of the farmhouse and is overlooked by it, while the other is situated south of the house, adjacent to the front garden and by the stream.
