Description
Coyton Farm House is a farmhouse dated 1832, featuring the initials EPB. It is constructed of stone rubble with granite dressings and has a slate hipped roof with overhanging eaves. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with three bays. The front facade includes sash windows with glazing bars and flat arches, and there is a datestone located above the central first-floor window. The entrance features a central glazed and panelled door with a rectangular fanlight and a 20th-century glazed porch. The house has end chimney stacks, with the west end displaying octagonal shafts. On the rear elevation, there are four first-floor horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars, while the ground floor features a tripartite sash and a central gabled stone porch with a chamfered doorway.
