Description
Hollowcombe Farm House is a farmhouse built around 1840. It is constructed of slate rubble with ashlar dressings and features a two-span asbestos slate roof with gable ends and overhanging eaves. The house has two storeys and an attic. The east entrance front displays two gable ends, with the right-hand gable being wider and slightly advanced. There are two ranges of windows, which are sashes with glazing bars set in chamfered ashlar openings. A smaller similar attic window is blocked, and there is a panelled door. The south side has three bays with sash windows featuring glazing bars in similar chamfered openings. There is also a contemporary wing to the north.
