Description

The gatepiers, gate, and fences located 300 metres south-east of East Down Manor date from the 18th and 19th centuries. They feature a latticed and chamfered wooden gate from the 19th century, positioned between low stone piers. These piers are flanked by 19th-century latticed fences set on low rubble masonry walls, which have terminal piers topped with pine cones. Some of the materials may have been reset.
