Description
Black Bridge, located approximately 330 metres south of Castle Hill House, is an 18th-century bridge constructed of stone rubble. It features a string course and low parapets. The bridge has a double span with semi-circular arches, which are slightly recessed on the east side and treated with rustication, while the west side is flush. This bridge is part of the enhancements made to the grounds of Castle Hill in the late 18th century.
