Description

This small granary, dating from the 19th century, is located approximately 15 metres north-east of West Barton Farmhouse. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a slate roof with gable ends. The building has a rectangular shape and is positioned across a bank. It has opposing plank doors at the front and rear, with a storage space accessible from the front through a low doorway that is flanked by ventilation slits. The internal walls are plastered.
