Description

SX 07 NW ST KEW ST KEW 5/217 Granary 3m to west of Barton - Farmhouse GV II Probably stable with granary above. Circa mid C19. Stone rubble. Rag slate roof with half-hipped ends. Rectangular plan probably originally with stable on ground floor and granary above. Steps up to loft on rear elevation. 2 storey elevation to front with central opening on ground and first floor with granite dressings. Rear elevation with stone rubble steps up to plank door of granary. Interior of loft with bolted roof. Forms part of group with Barton Farmhouse to right (qv).
