This is a 19th-century farm building that is currently used as a garage and storage shed, located approximately 5 metres south of Dayapeep Farmhouse. The structure is built from stone rubble and features a thatched roof, which is hipped at the left end and gable-ended on the right. The building has a rectangular plan and includes large 20th-century double doors, with window openings on each side. It is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
