Description

Greenway Bridge is a Grade II listed structure that carries a minor road over the Grand Western Canal. The canal was established under an Act of 1796, with the section in Halberton completed in 1814. The bridge is constructed of ashlar conglomerate and features a single elliptical arch with a string course. It has round-headed coping on the parapet and a roadway with kerb-blocks.
