Description

Cove Bridge, located in Tiverton, is a road bridge over the River Exe, built in 1791. It features a stone rubble construction and is designed as an elegant single-span bridge. The bridge has a tall segmental arch with a keystone, along with a small flood arch. There is a small cutwater situated between the main span and the flood arch on the upstream side. The stone rubble parapets of the bridge rise to a central peak.
