ST 11 NE CLAYHIDON 2/16 Barn 15 metres north of Shepherd's - Farmhouse II Barn, originally a threshing barn. Probably C17. Random rubble chert with some cob below eaves line. Hipped corrugated iron roof. Opposed entrances; some stone and brick buttresses. Internally, 4 jointed crucks with Alcock type F2 apex carpentry, the cruck posts resting on the ground. Halved collars.
