Description
The building is a garage and store that was formerly used as stables, located approximately 2 meters south of Hollow Tree Farmhouse. It likely dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of exposed rubble with some cob at the rear, topped with a thatched roof. The stables are a low structure facing east, adjacent to the front garden of Hollow Tree Farmhouse. The main front features two 20th-century central three-light casements with glazing bars, along with 20th-century garage doors to the left and a contemporary plank door to the right. The roof is hipped at both ends, and the rear wall is blind. Inside, the building has plain A-frame trusses. It forms a group with Hollow Tree Farmhouse.
