12/112 Garage approximately 10 metres east of Holm Farmhouse

GV II

Barn, now garage and store. Early C18; reroofed C20. Cruck-framed encased in coursed limestone rubble with pantile roof. Single-storey range of 5 bays, gable end on street. C20 garage doors to road. Plank stable door in timber frame to centre of left front. Blocked doorway to right. Interior: 3 pairs of probably re-used, raised and truncated crucks with collars. North Yorkshire and Cleveland Vernacular Buildings Study Group report number H67; 1974.
