2/108 Goblin Hill Cottage

Small cottage. Circa 1870-80. Volcanic rubble with cream-coloured machine brick, rendered chimney shaft; slate roof. 2-room cottage facing east with stone stack projecting from left (south) side. 2 storeys. 2-window front. Original plank door to right with stone voussoirs to flat arch. 3-light window to ground floor left and 2-light windows to first. All have segmental brick arches slate sills and contain original cast iron casement and glazing bars in lattice pattern with narrow margin panes. Roof hipped each end. Interior not inspected.
