Description

The Church of St Olave is a 14th and 15th century building on Fore Street. It is constructed primarily from Heavitree stone, with slate roofs. The church comprises a three-bay nave and north aisles, featuring octagonal piers. A castellated tower rises above. The building was restored in 1815 and again in 1874. Services in French were held for refugees during the 17th and 18th centuries.
