Description

1 and 2 The Mint are 16th to 17th century buildings featuring a combination of brick and timber-framing. They rise to four storeys, with a gabled north side that includes oriel windows on brackets at the first and second floors. The buildings have a late Georgian doorway and sash windows. The roof is covered with asbestos tiles and includes gabled dormers along with a bargeboarded gable.
