Description

This is an early 19th century property at 8-10 Follett Road, Topsham. The building is constructed of stone and brick, with rendered frontages. It is two and a half storeys high and has two windows at number 8, three windows at number 10, with wood casement windows. There are well-preserved, uniform late Georgian doorcases. The roof is slate, and number 10 features an old lead rainwater head. The building has group value with numbers 11-12 on the same road.
