This is an early 19th-century red brick building of four storeys and two windows, located on Bartholomew Street West. The building includes the property at No. 16 Friernhay Street. It has an eight-panel door with panelled reveals and a radiating fanlight above. The building features some glazing bars in the windows and a parapet; the roof is not visible.
