Description

No 147 on Magdalen Road is a detached house built around 1840. It is made of stucco and features a band at the first floor level. The house has two storeys and an attic, with five windows in total. On the ground floor, there are French windows, while the upper floor has sash windows with glazing bars and shutters. A side entrance is marked by an Ionic porch. The building also has a cornice, a parapet, and three dormers, although the roof is not visible. This property, along with Nos 143 to 163 (odd) and the front wall of No 147, forms a group.
