Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the south side of Magdalen Road. The house is constructed of red brick with a decorative band at first-floor level. It is two storeys high and has three windows, each with sash windows featuring glazing bars. A Tuscan-style porch provides access to the front door, which is a six-panel door with a rectangular window above. The door has panelled reveals. The building has wide eaves supported by brackets, and a hipped tile roof.
