Description

MAGDALEN ROAD 1. 1092 (North Side) No 149 sx 9332 113/272 II GV 2. Part of Baring Place (see Nos 151 to 155 (odd)) with late C19 alterations. Circa 1810. Red brick. Three storeys, three windows, C19 sashes. Cast iron verandah. Very ornate porch with double pilasters. Slate roof. [Nos 143 to 163 (odd) and front wall of No 147 form a group.
