Description

No 149 on Magdalen Road is part of Baring Place and features late 19th century alterations. Built around 1810, the building is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys high with three windows, which have 19th century sash frames. It has a cast iron verandah and an ornate porch supported by double pilasters. The roof is made of slate. This property, along with Nos 143 to 163 (odd) and the front wall of No 147, forms a group.
