Description
The Cider House, located approximately 15 yards east of Churchstyle Farm House, is a building dating from around the 18th century or earlier. It is a small cob structure with a stone rubble wall on the west side and a thatched hipped roof. The building is one storey high, although the loft floor has been removed. On the west side, there is a heavy timber window frame, and the loft opening has been boarded up. Additionally, there is a heavy pointed arch timber doorframe with a boarded door, which is likely reused and may have originally come from Churchstyle Farm House. A small stream flows beneath the north end of the building.
