Description

The Old Granary and Farm building, located immediately north east of Mulberry House, comprises cartsheds and stables dating to the 18th century. The ranges are long, low, and have their backs to the road. They are constructed from cob and stone rubble, with corrugated iron hipped and half-hipped roofs. Detached stables are situated at the west end, now forming The Old Granary, and are set at right angles to the road. These stables are built of stone rubble and have a hipped thatched roof, with a weatherboarded loft on two storeys. The building is included on the list for its group value.
