Description

This granary, along with an adjoining cart shed and stables, dates from the 18th or 19th century and is located approximately 40 metres southeast of Old Newnham. The structure is built of stone rubble and features a slate roof. The granary at the south end is a small square building with a hipped roof and wide external stone steps leading to the loft. The single-storey range to the north includes both a cart shed and stables. This building is included for its group value.
