The building is finished in stucco and roughcast, topped with a bitumenised slate roof that has gabled ends and is hipped at the corner. It stands two storeys tall on a corner site. The front facing Combpyne Road features three first floor sash windows with glazing bars and a small shop front from around the mid-19th century, which includes two splayed bays and a panelled frieze. The left side, which faces Church Hill, has a range of two windows with three-light casements that have leaded panes, along with a central doorway that has panelled reveals and a panelled door.
