Description

No 11 (Burnham) is a building dating from around 1840, located on the south side of Salcombe Road. It is a three-storey structure with a narrow front that is faced with stucco. The roof is low-pitched and hipped, covered with slate, and features projecting eaves with a fretted fascia board. The upper floors have two windows, while there is one window on the ground floor. All windows are recessed sashes with intact glazing bars, splayed reveals, and drip moulds above. The building has a Doric porch, although it has been affected by rough casting. The entrance features a panelled and glazed door.
