Description
Woodman's Stoop, including the adjoining barn to the south-west, is a cottage dating from the 17th century. It is constructed of plastered stone and features a thatched roof with gabled and half-hipped ends. The building stands two storeys high and has a three-window range with old three-light casements that have leaded panes. There is a glazed door located off centre, which is sheltered by a thatched porch. A brick chimney stack is positioned at one end. At the rear, there is a thatched two-storey wing that forms an L-shaped plan. The property also includes a barn from the 18th century, which is made of stone rubble, has a thatched half-hipped roof, and features a weatherboarded gable end.
