Marked as Smackdam Cottages on OS map. 2 cottages, now single cottage. Mid C18. Whitewashed mud and stud, brick plinth to the right. Hipped thatched roof, the right further extended downwards forming a lean-to. Sprocketed eaves. Single ridge red brick stack. Single storey, 7 bays. Having from left to right, 2 glazing bar Yorkshire sashes, a doorway with plank door, 2 similar sashes widely spaced, a similar doorway and door and a single small glazing bar fixed light.
