Description

The gate piers and walls surrounding the kitchen garden at Harrington Hall date from the mid-18th century. They extend approximately 250 metres and are constructed from red brick and ashlar. The entrance features a single pair of rusticated ashlar gate piers, which have moulded coping and single orb finials, although the gateway is currently blocked. The walls, which form a rectangle on either side, are made of red brick and stand about 2 metres high, topped with stepped coping. This structure is included in the listing for its group value.
