Description
Colyford Post Office is a house with shop premises dating from the early 19th century. It is a small stuccoed building with a slate roof that has gabled ends. The façade features corner pilasters with a channelled key pattern. The building is two storeys high with an attic and consists of two bays. On the left and right sides, there are two storeyed bowed sash windows and shop windows with glazing bars. A central plain recessed doorway provides access. The roof includes two modern flat-roofed dormers, and there are brick chimney stacks at each end. The right-hand return features a bowed shop window.
