House, former parsonage. 1836. Plastered stone rubble or brick; brick stacks with chimney shafts replaced in C20; slate roof. The main block is square in plan and faces south. It has a double depth plan comprising a main front and back room either side of a small front lobby and main stairs to rear. The front rooms have end stacks and the rear left (west) room has a rear lateral stack. The doorway is in the right (eastern) end with a passage behind the front rooms to the stairwell. The rear right room is a chapel. Lower 2-storey service block across rear. Main block is 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front has French windows to the ground floor with margin panes and first floor 12-pane sashes. Panelled stucco pilasters on the corners. Verandah has tented roof containing glazed panels and is supported on slender cast iron clustered columns.The centre part has been enclosed to form a conservatory in C20. Plain deep eaves and roof is hipped both ends. The verandah is carried round both end walls. The right (western) end has a similar 3-window front with the front windows blind. So too does the left (east-facing) front but here is the central doorway containing a part-glazed panelled 4-panel door, overlight with glazing bars and Tuscan doorcase. To right of this the chapel has an arch-headed window with intersecting glazing bars. The service block contains casements with glazing bars and contains a brass bell and small timber belfry on the north-east corner.. Interior is little modernized and contains much of the original joinery detail and chimneypieces. The geometric stair has an open string, stick balusters, mahogany handrail, curtain step and scrolled wreath. The chapel has an arched vault with moulded timber ribs and large carved boss.
