Description
The Bishop family memorial, located about 19 metres north of the tower of the Church of St Michael and All Angels, is a late 19th-century memorial in the form of a statue on a plinth. Made of white Italian marble, it features a tall marble plinth with an inscription, topped by a sculpted angel dropping a flower. The earliest date on the memorial is 1896, and it is likely a design from a pattern book, which is quite unusual for a country churchyard.
