Description

This is an 18th or early 19th century building, originally two storeys with three sash windows on the first floor, featuring glazing bars and slightly cambered heads. The exterior is stuccoed and limewashed. The central entrance has panelled reveals and a fanlight above. A wide, rounded, flat-bay shop front occupies the right side with a central entrance. A former sash window on the left has been replaced with a sheet glass display window. The roof is slate. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings in a prominent central location along Silver Street.
