Description
Gosford Pines is a 18th-century building with alterations and later additions. It is two storeys high with dormers and is constructed of red brick in an L-shape, with a later wing to the west. The main front faces southeast and features a hipped slate roof with eaves dentils. There are two flanking two-storey bays that contain large three-light sash windows. The ground floor bays are connected by a frieze and moulded cornice, with windows featuring glazing bars between them and the door. The door is topped with a pediment above the frieze and has an arched radial-bar fanlight. The later wing at the rear also includes a bay. The building's deeds date back to 1782. Gosford Pines, along with Gosford House, Farthings, and Gosford Farmhouse, forms a group.
