Description

NETHEREXE GREEN LANE SX 99 NW 3/32 Hulford Cottage 14.ll.75 - II Cottage. C17. Cob, rendered, on stone plinth, thatched roof, probably wheatreed, right-hand half-hipped, left-hand gabled-end. Left-hand external end-stack with thatched bake oven bulge. 2 storeys. Front: 2 window front centre doorway, 3- light timber casements, 3 panes per casement either side on ground floor and 2- light timber casements, 2 panes per casement above. C20 thatched extension to rear. Internally: fireplace with Thorverton stone jambs and wooden lintel, chamfered with scroll-stops. Chamfered beam. Principals partly exposed in first floor rooms.
