Description

No. 69 on High Street is a mid-18th century building constructed of chequered brick with a pitched tile roof. It stands two storeys high with attics and features a range of flush framed cased sashes that include glazing bars. The entrance door has four flush panels and is flanked by reeded pilasters, topped with a flat moulded hood supported by cut brackets. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 65 to 85, The Sun Public House, Nos. 88 to 90, the Church of St Peter and St Paul, and Nos. 42 to 64 on the south side.
