Description
Widbrook Farmhouse is a building likely dating from the mid-19th century, located on the west side of Trowbridge Road and facing south. It is two storeys high and constructed from ashlar stone, featuring rusticated quoins. The farmhouse has a string course and a plinth, topped with a hipped slate roof that has overhanging eaves.
The façade includes three windows, each with projecting moulded surrounds, and the windows are sashes with intact glazing bars. The central doorway is framed by an entablature supported by pilasters on either side. The door itself is a six-panel design, with the upper four panels removed to allow for glazing, and it is topped by a rectangular fanlight.
