Description
Manor Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings and features a slate mansard roof with coped gables, end stacks, and ridge stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with three 20th-century dormers. The front elevation includes a straight joint to the right of centre, with a door and a two-window range featuring 2-light cyma-moulded flush mullion windows with small paned lights to the left. The north-west corner has flush quoins, and the door is a 6-panel design set in a flush moulded surround. The section to the right of the joint is windowless except for one similar 2-light window on the first floor to the left. The north end of the building contains some chalk in the wall, which may suggest earlier origins. There is a rendered single-storey range at the north end with a door and a pair of sash windows. The rear of the farmhouse features several sash windows with gauged brick heads.
