Description
Brook Cottage is a detached cottage dating to circa 1800. It is constructed of stucco with a hipped Welsh slate roof, deep eaves, and a pair of ashlar stacks. The cottage is two storeys high and has five windows across the front. The central entrance features a 6-panelled door within a moulded architrave, sheltered by a trellised tent porch. Below, there are three 2-light mullioned casement windows. The first floor has five 2-light mullioned casement windows of irregular sizes. A 20th-century extension is attached to the left. The interior was inaccessible during the survey in May 1987.
