Description

The stables to Brook House, dating from the 18th century, are constructed of coursed limestone rubble and feature a stone slate roof. The building includes two carriage bays with stables that back onto Church Walk. There is a fodder attic with two gables and a loading door at the rear. Each gable is fitted with a leaded casement window and has gable stacks. The principal rafters have curved feet, with one featuring an apex saddle.
