Description
Skilling, located 75 metres south-east of Beacon Farmhouse, is an 18th-century structure. It features a timber frame with split log walls and a corrugated asbestos roof. The building consists of five bays and is open-fronted. The posts are thickened and have curved braces connecting to the chamfered ties and wall plates. The roof is constructed with queen struts and clasped purlins.
