II Range of stables for Lake House (q.v.), now cottage, flat and garages. c1900. In-situ chalk concrete approximately 45cm thick laid in 45cm lifts between integral timber posts framed top and bottom. Tiled roof. Thirteen framed bays. Gabled porches on south side with half glazed doors. Timber casement windows. Flat roofed flush dormers. Various extensions to rear. Interior has concrete floor. An unusual use of in-situ concrete.
