The structure features in-situ chalk concrete that is approximately 45 centimeters thick, laid in 45-centimeter lifts between integral timber posts that are framed at the top and bottom. It has a tiled roof and consists of thirteen framed bays. On the south side, there are gabled porches with half-glazed doors, timber casement windows, and flat-roofed flush dormers.
