Description
Clears Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse built of red brick with ashlar dressings and an imitation slate valley roof, featuring coped gables and end stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a double depth plan. The front facade has a three-window range of 16-pane sash windows, with a central six-panel door that is framed in flush surrounds and topped with a hood supported by brackets. There is a raised plinth and string course, along with flush quoins. The rear of the farmhouse features a three-window range of casements with cambered heads and a central door set in an ashlar flush surround.
