Description

No. 2 West Street is a house dating from the 16th century, constructed of rubble stone and topped with a stone slate roof. The south end features a coped gable and an outside stack, while the north end also has an outside stack. The building is two storeys high. On the first floor, there is a renewed triple casement window and a pair of casement windows. The ground floor includes a three-light chamfered recessed mullion window and a door set in a moulded oak frame. The west end wall has an upper pair of casement windows in a recessed chamfered frame. The interior has not been inspected.
