Description

The gatepiers, gates, and railings at No 1 Kingsdown House date from the early 19th century. They feature central large ashlar panelled piers topped with curved cross-gabled caps and urns. The iron gates have anthemo in heads on the rails. On each side, there are high ashlar plinths that support similar cast iron railings, which are terminated at each end by panelled ashlar piers with cross-gabled caps.
